What started off as an App idea in the West of Ireland to tackle the spread of Covid-19 has grown into an automated and intricate technology making a breakthrough in the world of Online Payments. From 2020, ORDR-UP makes users’ lives easier by offering an easy to use app for ordering and paying for food and beverages from the comfort of your seat.
ORDR-UP is used to order and pay for food & drinks from the table. There are two platforms. The customer version that allows the customer to select food and beverages and pay for their order. The business-owner version that reviews and processes orders.
The customer downloads the app or they scan a QR code found at their table, which opens a browser version of ORDR-UP.
The menu for your business will then appear on the screen, allowing the customer to select order, add it to their basket and input their table number. A “Note” option appears for each dish or drink (For example; “No cheese” or “Extra Ice”)
The payment options appear next; debit or credit card. The customer simply inputs their details and their order is processed. (Cash is not a current option due to Covid-19).
The customer order then shows up as a notification on the business’s connected device such as a tablet or iPad.
Multiple devices can be connected meaning you can select where the order is shown. From here you can opt for the eco-friendly, paperless option or print to a receipt printer.
Once the order is ready, it will be delivered to the table number provided. Customers have the option to make additional orders to their table in the meantime also.
This form will be used for Ordo to make contact with you – the business – and to set up your business account from the control panel.
